Thanks for your good advise. Eventually we will need a racing series, for professional racing purpose. And we have talked with ARP, they don't have 14x1.5 studs, to place a custom orders, the cost is USD$20/per stud, so we think it is not some product we can just sell on the market, but only for custom build purpose. However we have a substitute option for VE, which is slip on spacer with no bolts. We have sold couple pairs already, and it is great. As long as you have extended hub studs, this will be an very economical solution for the professional racing use (the 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy is billet extruded aluminum alloy, for air craft uses). Imagine if you need to change the rims, you might also need to replace the wheel spacers, if the wheel spacer has ARP studs on it, it is a big waste, but if you have that expensive studs on your hub, you don't need to replace it forever.
I think most people who bought the spacer is for road use? And maybe sometimes do a bit tracking. That's why we made it into black anodized, instead of red, blue. And for the city spec, we use the studs the same as the original hub studs, tested grade 10.9. If the car is not deeply power upgraded, and just for daily driving and occasionally tracking, it is more than enough. But, I think most of the VE are deeply power tuned... so in this case, even for the VE city spec we might need to find some studs stronger than the original hub studs, the grade 12.9, and TUV is a good idea, we will look into that.
The studs pic you posted, do they have a brand name?

So when you eventually source lug studs that are rated and approved for use on the VE commodores over 190kw, like say any of the ones below rated to 500kw...
...will the complete unit you offer for racing use (because you can't sell on a road vehicle) be approved by a known engineering authority like say TÜV?
I hope for everyone's sake you get a qualified third party certification to underwrite your manufacturing liability because frankly the fact you don't 'recommend' using your product over 190kw nor use OEM suppliers for studs sounds a risky and weak proposition for racing.
