good place to buy new gaskets

I got most ov mine genuine from Holden, a little more expensive but it's genuine. Purchased my rocker cover gaskets from Bursons, good price too. Price both up and choose which one you want to go for or some from Holden and some from Bursons.

    FAST102 manifold on an LS2.

Left it on the rear cause i'd already drilled the hole at the back, although i could seal it up with a good sealant and do the extension and move the sensor up front. Should be the same for the ls1 yeah as the ls2?

    FAST102 manifold on an LS2.

Wish i had of looked into this before i did mine, would've been cheaper than breaking two map sensors cause of the limited space.

    FAST102 manifold on an LS2.

Looks good, iv got the old lsx102 manifold and 102 throttle body, wish they had this in black when i got mine. Looks factory. I've got the ls1 but a fare bit of engine work, only problem i had is the map sensor on the back in the ls1 hits on the pipes and fire wall at the back once conected...

    Oil Catch Can

I put one on mine when i rebuilt my engine, well worth it, my old intake used to be full of oil, still get some in the new intake with the new motor but the amount the catch can soaks up is a lot better than it being in the intake as well. I put an elite engineering catch can on mine and it...

Stock cold air intake scoop from SS? part number?

I think he might be thinking of the vt 5ltr v8's, i think they had one. The s/c 6's did and i think the 5ltrs did too.

I spoke to a place on the weekend and apparently its bassically the same in Vic, can't have the bottle in the vehicle and can't have any plumbing to it/where it would sit.

    nitrous Vy set up info.

You can get what they call a black out kit in the states where all the pipes etc are black and made to look a little like a factory pipping. But as said if you know what your looking for you'll spot it.

    400 kw vy ss

Oh and fuel economy= tow a servo behind hit, mine drinks it, around 22-24/100 around town, but freeway is a lot better and at 80-100km/h also sounds like a stock car. So the ls3 would be up around there as well i'd say. Not sure what a FI car does but i'm sure it would be a bit better.

    400 kw vy ss

I'm pritty sure iv spent about 20k on mine with engine, gearbox and stall, exhaust, fuel system (basic one), etc. and i haven't done diff gears or brakes. And i'm no where near the 400rwkw mark i could've easily got FI. FI would be fun, pulled up next a vz maloo at a servo the other week...

    400 kw vy ss

Oh and iv got to go back and get tune touched up now motors run in and a/c connected, that's with stock 3.07 diff too so not sure how much difference that makes but hopefully some more in it. Will be looking at FI down the track myself. But gives you somewhat of an idea n/a versus fi on an ls1.

    400 kw vy ss

Blower kit and cam to suit will get you there, maybe some head work at the same time. Could go turbo but you really need to know what kit your getting, heard there are a few dodgy kits out there and there are some really good kits, depends where you go. As said if auto will need a convertor and...
