When i sold my VFII Redline, it had 76k on the clock and both rotors and pads were in very good order. It really depends on how hard you drive the car and use the brakes.

Yes, it is a genuine model, but Holden have never offered a vehicle with an OTR. HSV did with the W427, but Holden never have.
