VT Rear seat belt guide panels

Yeah I don't want to have to remove too much and disconnect seat belts etc. I did think about smoothing the edges to reduce seatbelt wear.

VT Rear seat belt guide panels

Those would be the ones. Mine kept falling down, then the kids would play with them (Son was helping dad to "fix" the car). This resulted in the clip panels cracking right thru and pulling off the belt. Now that the VT is my car and not a family taxi, I can start fixing all those little...

    wagon V sedan size difference?

I was wondering if there is much difference in size between sedans and wagons, if any? We currently have a VK sedan and a VT sedan, but can't fit 2 baby seats and a baby capsule on the back seat together. My sister in law has a falcon wagon and has no problem fitting 3 baby seats on the back...

    Varajet Carbys on a VK

I had a similar problem with my VK's Varajet on LPG. I found that there is a linkage associated with the fast idle cam, which has a plastic grommit on it to hold it in the slot. Well the grommit had broken off and the linkage sometimes vibrates out. This stuffs up the automatic choke and meqans...

    tyre wear and VT's

We had the same camber/wear problem too on the VT. We were unaware of the problem until the trye wore so bad that the tyre blew out :( The tyre mob told the Mrs about how its common in VT's and to get the tyres rotated more frequently than normal or buy a camber kit. Being no stranger to wheel...

Black 202 Valve stem seals change - advice

cheers dkerr and slim, The tool sounds like a good idea, but a bit of work to make one, will see what I can chase up with the machinists at work. One of my work mates reckons he has raised the valves using small diameter rope fed into the spark plug hole to fill the cylinder and prevent...
