Hey mate found the issue for the rough idle I didn’t connect the hose behind the throttle body

i recently bought a factory manual vy s2 motor and put it in my s1 manual Ute i started it and not even 20 seconds later the headers got super hot to the point water would boil of it. it also runs really rough and the revs would drop i think it might have something to do the egr has anyone else...
