No need to rush, she's a runner. It'd still be nice to see which Br/w etc... wire goes where and to be able to wire up diagnostics plug. BTW I aint entertaining the idea of becoming an auto sparky. Does everybody know that Holden 4 pin relays are wired differently to Ford, even though they plug...- olden45

While installing a vs v8 auto into fj45 cruiser, I have come up against a different wiring code to the norm at the pcm. A5=Lg/b, A6=blank,A7=Br/w,A12=Br/w just to name a few. Mr Ellery won't help me out much with this part of my prob, so I'm hoping you fellas can. I'd also like BCM A plug...- olden45

G'day greenfoam. I wacked a question on aussiev8 and got sideshifted your way, regarding replacing a 308 in an fj45 with a 304 from an auto VS. Can you just rewrite memcal to make ecu go with fj45 gearbox?- olden45
