Great point. I can't believe I forgot that. I'd assume it might need a retune if the converter had been replaced. My system was fine once it was first installed, but after a month or so it needed a retune to smooth it out. Don't ask me why. We also managed to score a couple extra kws.

Since you have replaced a lot of components I would suggest getting an expert to look over it and adjust the tune. Might be the easiest at this point. And they should be able to diagnose it fairly quickly. Not sure who is around your area, but I had a sprint LPG system installed and tuned...

How is the fuel level? if its low then try putting around 20L in. My VX wagon had a semi faulty fuel gauge and also wouldn't start once it ran out unless you put in a heap of fuel. But could also be something else, crank angle sensor maybe, did it have a check engine light illuminated? Check...

Don't think it would be an airbag issue, more of a coincidence then anything. Lock barrel is my guess. But get the airbag reset anyway, after you have checked all plugs are plugged in, it's most likely a loose wire (plug) on the seats.
