    Ls1 gas troubles

That sounds about right. I guess they just did a bit more fine tuning the second time round.

    Ls1 gas troubles

Great point. I can't believe I forgot that. I'd assume it might need a retune if the converter had been replaced. My system was fine once it was first installed, but after a month or so it needed a retune to smooth it out. Don't ask me why. We also managed to score a couple extra kws.

    Ls1 gas troubles

Since you have replaced a lot of components I would suggest getting an expert to look over it and adjust the tune. Might be the easiest at this point. And they should be able to diagnose it fairly quickly. Not sure who is around your area, but I had a sprint LPG system installed and tuned...

    Ls1 gas troubles

I might be able to help, I used to have an LS1 on LPG. And a few other LPG cars. Could be a few things. LPG is super sensitive so it could be perfect on petrol but run like a dog on gas. First I assume it is a Vapour injection system, or Liquid injection system as I don't think it was even...

Are VF SV6/SS suede seats easy to keep clean?

As above special cleaners from Car care products is prob the best bet for quality. I personally like to use Einzett Blitz (diluted) on all fabric including microsuede/Alcantara, it cleans even the worst fabrics and removes any grease/nicotine or any other nasty things. That and a little leather...

    Refurbishing more modern vehicles.

Pretty sure you can get old plastic parts chrome plated, as long as they are ABS plastic, no different from 60's 70's cars. ABS can be glued and refinished, and Polypropylene can be plastic welded and painted (add in some Matte to the vinyl paint) and printed with the matching vinyl/plastic...

    Locked out and deadlocked overnight.

I'd start with the alternator and work back from it, wouldn't be a hard job for an auto elec. BTW If you do need to drive it somewhere for a short trip, just start it up then disconnect the battery ASAP. But don't hold me responsible for any other voltage related damage that could potentially...

Sleepas "New" 2010 VE SS Sportwagon

So found a solution for the DVD screens and the headphone issue, got a bunch of connectors together and tapped them all up with electrical tape! But they work so that's good. I did start giving the paint a bit of a cut a week ago, the rear and passenger side are looking a lot better...

    Recommended SEQLD Mechanic

Try Matt at Racing Evolution, Hall st Yamanto. Fixed the rear main seal, and other seals, Manual conversion and Extractors fitted for a great price on my old VX wagon. Always does a great job, and does what you want. Not sure on the Blower but they do a fair bit of fabrication work for track...

    Vt wagon

How is the fuel level? if its low then try putting around 20L in. My VX wagon had a semi faulty fuel gauge and also wouldn't start once it ran out unless you put in a heap of fuel. But could also be something else, crank angle sensor maybe, did it have a check engine light illuminated? Check...

Key stuck in ignition and won't turn to "on" position

Don't think it would be an airbag issue, more of a coincidence then anything. Lock barrel is my guess. But get the airbag reset anyway, after you have checked all plugs are plugged in, it's most likely a loose wire (plug) on the seats.
