Does a VR statesman have a fuse on door actuators ? The rear passenger will not lock and other 3 doors will not open. Planning to replace actuatetor, I don't know why the other doors are faulty

Hi mate, I've drilled 3 holes in my fan I cut 3 pins to fill the holes and used araldite to secure the pins. Fan runs all the time, so what?

It's a V6 Buick ,I just want a nice note, existing mufflers need replacing anyway. I'd like to keep it under $500

Hi, wondering what would be the best set up on a sports exhaust I'm thinking 2.5 " single muffler. Or 2.5" dual muffler. Would the single muffler be cop bait? Cheers, I'll leave it to you guys and thanks in advance for any advice or opinions

G'day Rob, I was wondering what else could be making it chew 18 per 100 km if you don't think it will make a difference ? it never used to be this heavy ,295 k well maintained, oil change every 5000km .

Hi James, I have a VR 94 statesman that's using 18l per 100km .how many oxygen sensors are on yours? I'm told there is 1 pre cat and 1 after cat. Did you change both sensors if there are 2 ?

Hi guys, how much is the speedometer increased by putting 17s on and taking the original 15s off. Just got whacked with a $200 fine for 12km over the limit. Cheers

Thanks so much Losh,havent checked out plugs yet. Are the oxygen sensors easy to change? I'm not sure how many pins mine has yet and I know they're all different.

Thank you, I did think the 02 sensor could be the issue ,can all the plugs be removed without removing everything like a Mitsubishi V6 ? I have looked after the car with non smelly fish oil everywhere and have oil changed and filter every 5k's .i use Moreys oil additive and Moreys fuel/injector...

Hi Guys, I have VR statesman with a 3.8 Buick v6 . My fuel economy is 18 l per 100km ,way too much . The motor has 296 on the odometer. Could the oxygen sensor be faulty and cause this spike in fuel consumption? Cheers
