I’d hazard a guess that a new battery will sort all that out they are very voltage sensitive, if it’s not holding charge then she’s a gonner

286 will be too big with standard compression etc, go for something smaller if you want it to drive nicely

Did you actually check the oil level on the dipstick after adding 6 litres worth? That is a lot of oil, just because it’s not showing on the dipstick doesn’t mean it’s completely empty

Not trying to sound negative but those kelpro mounts will probably only last a couple of months and you’ll be replacing them again, if you can get ahold of some Mackay engine mounts still that would be the way to go as they are the oem mounts, better to do it once and do it right while you’re at it

Your standard hsv headers aren’t that bad if anything probably just the cats are the restrictive part, I’ve actually got a set on my ssv with some custom de cat pipes as they are an upgrade over stock ss log manifolds

You really want to give it a good clean with some degreaser 1st and then make sure it is actually coming from the oil filter housing and not somewhere else

If you’re wanting a tune then get a good custom dyno tune for your vehicle and mods rather than muck around with a factory tune for another model

As the other guy said remove the drive belt and run the engine for a bit and you’ll know for sure if it’s a driven accessory i.e. idler pulley, water pump etc or internal engine noise

Hard to tell just by reading your description but that clunking could well be engine or transmission mounts need replacing

Add some nulon lifter free to your oil it’s really good stuff and will definitely quieten down your lifters as for the trunion upgrade there’s no real need to do that with your stock cam but if you’re planning to upgrade your cam then do it then
