yep, but you can get resistors to put in line that "trick" the computer into thinking they represent the right load. I have these with my LED highbeams, when one of the resistors went bad I got a random error. Note: the error you get may read differently that a headlight error!

10-15kw with the tune, the factory airbox is very restrictive. Oh and the sound :) that adds about 100 killawasps. I can recommend the X-force unit.
