I have put a new diff and tail shaft and new cv's in it. I have also put new wheels on it (vx Calais wheel) it started doing this after I put the front wheels on the back because I put 2 new tyres on the front

Am I looking at the wheels for enlarged holes or my discs? I'm getting new discs put on my car soon could that fix the issue?
