I took my glovebox light unit out to replace the bulb yesterday and I noticed that it looks like this black piece is broken. Should it be longer than this? I assume it should be longer in order to shut off the glovebox light when the lid is shut.

Has anyone produced an aftermarket headlight unit for the VF’s yet? New rules in NZ state original headlights cannot have bulbs changed from halogen to HID/LED but they can if the whole unit is changed to one that was designed for them.

I’ve bought a clubsport spoiler for my Omega to replace the SV6 spoiler already on it. I know the legs are slightly different in the way they go over the edge of the bootlid for the clubby one, but do any of the holes line up at all or will I need to drill new ones?

Anyone know if it’s possible to buy a manual that lists all possible codes for a VE? I’ve had a few come up on a friends OBD and would like to see what they are before I pay a mechanic to fix what I could probably do myself.

I’ve just done my caster arms, lower control rods, and tie rod ends. Every time I turn or hit a bump there is a noise from underneath, similar to a brass rod hitting another brass rod. Has anyone had anything similar before I take it into the garage to get looked at? Any ideas?
