have u replaced feul filter . could also be electrical, maybe wire heating up and losing connection

possibly crank sensor, a real pain in arse , but try DFI under ya coil Pak , Take off leads on one of the coil packs, crank engine listen for spark or see spark, if nil its DFI , I believe, mine did same , just wouldn't start, changed dfi

Same model That I've swapped only difference is non supercharged pcm with mencal from supercharged

Yer mencal It was out of a standard V6 , and mines supercharged, dus feel a little less snappy but even gear box changed better , Put one out of vx but wouldn't run. Suppose I'll find out in a few days

Think I just fixed it changed pcm out of spare statesman and put the fuel map thing in , can't think of it's name . Other one was real hot and I'd only moved car couple of meters . Took out for test , no problems so far Cheers anyway

i no that on the supercharged L67, passenger side rear of engine there's a thermostat housing with a U shaped hose, mine was leaking slowly then just burst, prick of a spot

Hi ALL Ok VS 1999 L67 statesman 50th Upgrade coil, dfi, leads plugs, 10psi pully,, new crank sensor , oxygen sensor, fuel pressure valve, fuel pump plus more, before replacing all this it was braking down, stuttering underload, and real bad thru 3000 to 4000 but would drive thru, it replaced...

cheers for that cobber , all ready dun , water pump crapped itself so replaced all pulleys. idlers the lot. never ending
