Without scanning for codes, I'd remove the radiator upper shroud by releasing the 4 scrivets Have a look around for any loose sensor connections that live under there Check the MAF & Intake Air sensor connections, try reseating the plugs

Powertrain Control Module & Body Control Module get involved with A/C & thermo fan operation.

Got the A/C selected off? Thermo fans usually come on with A/C selected on regardless of temp.

How did you go about it ?

White wire ? White wire might have the fusible link inline, if its already terminated with a eyelet hard to tell from foto. Is that black tubing on the white wire?

A/C Pressure transducer connected to PCM Master Reset also fixed plently of issues on 747's Scan for fault codes?

Do a search for ABS module, Suspect ABS module sometimes causes weird faults to popup, I think the cars modules interconnect on a serial data bus.

From the manual... "The A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor is a sealed gauge reference capacitive pressure sensor with on board signal conditioning. It provides a 0 to five volt output and requires a five volt regulated power supply."

Might sound weird, electrically unplug the ABS module & try it.

Are you running a new relay for the lights or tapping into the car loom? Drivings lights should have its relay 30 to fused +ve batt feed 85 to gnd 86 tap into 12v hi beam cct 87 to driving light 85 & 86 relay coil 30 & 87 normally open contacts relay energised when hi beam switched on...

Manual says disconnect earth lead, check fuse 13 in the under dash fuse panel have you checked the 'blown' bulbs with a meter or 12v ?

Have Bendix Heavy Duty on a VT SS, VERY dusty, considering either Bendix CTs or QFM next pad change.

careful with the sandpaper, you dont want to remove any copper, just clean the contact area

try cleaning it up first with a pencil eraser, if you're handy with a soldering iron, solder the copper to build up the surface

Maybe ignition module located under coil packs, remove, check, clean, resecure, module connector

looks like some type of 15amp circuit breaker nice wiring

Is the fuel gauge a quantity issue? Maybe sender requires adjustment
