Stato (99' WH) is being a ****, won't turnover even though I started it literally yesterday, all the lights on the inside are coming on (but turn off when I turn the key to actually start not just accessories) but it will not turn over thinking it may be a fuse or the starter motor, thought it...

Is the power cable to starter motor replaceable or is it part of the harness?
