Are you going to build the wiring loom yourself? That is where the biggest cost and the most complexity will be, there's no off the shelf item and using the original EFI loom isn't really an option with modern ECUs (ignoring the fact it's getting close to 40 years old). Getting "all the parts" will also depend on how you want to do the build - e.g. you can just use the black EFI intake, or buy the EFI Hardware ITB kit for like 4k, or use throttle body injection with the carby manifold, blah blah blah. There'll also be a lot of retrofitting of sensors and you'll have to decide how you want to implement the timing and ignition - Entirely individual coil ignition? Retain the dizzy for timing and ignition? Use tooth wheels for crank position? Do you want sequential fuel injection?
This guy setup a Megasquirt on his 202, I have a feeling it will answer a lot of your questions and show you what you have to do (not in a how-to way), at least for the setup portion. The conversion will largely be the same for any other aftermarket ECU.
There's this Valiant which has a Holley Sniper, the big advantage here is the simplicity and ease of setup, otherwise IMHO this style of EFI is not really that advantageous unless you have a 4 barrel on a V8 with a decent manifold.
