oil is based on the capacity of the sump and level on dipstick, u dont want to add more then needed as it can create issues with too much oil contacting the crank n such if level is too high

Permanent issues if done or can be rectified with oil change

If too full drain a bit out.

Yeah did it but not much difference so I am thinking it is either a coil and or injector or two on the way out. Both the two rear plugs at the back right get covered in black soot after one engine heat up
