Car has engine lights and doesnt feel like it has full acceleration

Just purchased a vx 2002 commy and i have so many lights on the dash and it does not feel like i have full acceleration at all. I have read many threads that lead to the abs module but im wondering if replacing it will also fix the accceleration. Also speedo not working and temp guage not working. Car also has an exhaust flague issue that should be an easy fix but i wouldnt think it would cause all this may be the reason the engine gets quite hot though.

Get the codes scanned

This is the only way to diagnose the issues

You could try disconnecting the battery, unclipping every connector, give them a clean, and re-clip them, then reconnect the battery and see if it throws codes again after a while

How much voltage is at the battery when the car is running?

Maybe a connection or 2 is lose/dirty/broken, maybe a sensor or 2, maybe a earth somewhere

I would just get it scanned first to pin point where in the system the issues are, as there could be multiple things causing issues, or just 1 or 2
