Get a Gergorys or Haynes manual, tells you how to do it. DEFINATLY dont do it while the engine is hot or warm though. Radiator flush should be done with a cold engine. To drain the sump just take the knock sensor out, its not hard.

In the haynnes manual it says there are two drain plugs that you can remove to drain the remaining coolant in the block.

um, im pretty sure too flush the radiator you take it out, turn it upside down and run water through it!! its called reverse flushing and removes heaps more crap, the v6 models have a bolt on the side of the block too drain the coolant out of the block, unsure of v8s.

just be careful with running the engine with no water in it as most water pump bearings are lubricated by coolant, therefore no lubricating teflon seals gets eaten up, new W/P
