I realise this is an old thread however it appears the best place to ask this.
Can anyone provide me with information on PRA number: 2009/11279 please?
Although this recall relates to VE Omega and Berlina, my 2010 SV6 S2 is exhibiting a problem exactly like the defect described in this recall notice. Unfortunately the recall notice does not detail what is actually at fault or how to go about fixing it. I live in New Zealand and our Holden network here has no information or knowledge regarding this recall and they don't appear to know how to fix the problem.

What are the defects?
On some occasions, when the brakes are used after an initial cold engine start, brake booster power assistance is not available. As a result increased brake pedal effort may be required to achieve the expected stopping distance.
