VU/VY/VZ sports bar brake light

Hey guys I just bought a sports bar for my VU commodore Ute and I’m struggling to find a brake light to replace the old faded out one. Every brake light strip is apx 25cm long and not recessed the original is a “Lumen Australia” light but they are not existent and google has nothing to show I’m not able to post pics on here but if needed I could sent another way if anyone knows anything but I’m desperate to find one

The only ways I can think of,

1) Find someone with a 3D Printer that may be able to make it,

2) Find a Perspex person that could manufacture/mould a fitting to suite

3) Possible use a prefab circuit board to make up a LED lights

4) Find a wrecker that has one

Or modify the bar to take a generic light. Choose a light that the after market use a fair bit.
