Vz ss ute
G'day fellas.
Looking to do a manuel swap on my vz cluby.
I've been informed the process can only be completed with a vz clubsport manuel harness as the speedo plug doesn't work with the vz ss harness.

Any information would be great.

Also has anyone used one of these harnesses provided by aeroflow???

Thanks
Curtis

Using a harness like that is totally advisable. They do quality products.

$1000 seems like a lot, however harnesses are complex to make and time consuming. Or you, modifying or using 20 year old wiring is possibly going to create issues.

Having a super fresh, better than factory harness like that is a great start.

Also doing this well should be a priority because the car is desirable/collectable. Don't turn it into a turd. Make it a diamond.

vz hsv is an ls2 running an e40 ecu. that harness is for standalone e38. will be waste of money. Neither the 5.7 or 6lt engine harness is anywhere close to a compatible replacement.

Either get a manual harness (if u can find 1) or pull the original harness off & get it modified to run as a manual. Talk to someone like Justin @ Ultimate Conversion Wiring.

You will need to get clutch pedal, & will likely need clutch pedal switch too.
