Compression is probably a cylinder wall issue.
This could be a possibility the motor was setup for a blow thru turbo setup but all the turbo gear was pulled before I bought it.Or the rings are gunked up and don't move out from the piston.

btw I know the oil wouldn't fix my compression issues.... I'm basically just planning on keeping it regoed until I can either afford a rebuild or replacement motor. It doesn't really blow any smoke out the tailpipe at all but pulling the spark plugs they are always oil fouled and it gets a bad idle most likely from a single plane manifold a large cam and compression issues on a few cylinders.
