I'm fitting a cargo barrier in my 2006 VZ Adventra wagon. I've managed to track a set of socket covers for the vehicle's 4 bayonet sockets. I'd like to find out exactly where the built in sockets are.
I imagine that Holden would have had a template of some sort used to avoid cutting holes...
I had the local RAA mechanic in to scan the vehicle. He used a simple hand-held scanner. What he tracked was an incorrect reading on the Exhaust gas analysis. It could possibly be a faulty oxygen sensor. He recommends getting my mechanic to put it on a wide spectrum scanner to give a more...
I figured it would need to be read by a diagnostic tool. I guess the writing's on the wall, without the electronic guide I might as well start with the wheels and work up replacing everything as I go!! It'll probably be cheaper to go and see a pro. It could be something simple like a sensor...
A warning on the alert bar reading Check Powertrain came on about a K from home. I stopped to have a look but nothing obvious was wrong.
I have no idea what to check apart from engine fluids and seeing whether there are any leaks etc.

*opposite outside switch pin to relay pin 86.
The system...
Gidday again guys. I did what you advised strgas. My setup looks like this:
I haveLightbar to 87.
Battery with inline fuse to 30.
I have a short jumper lead from 30 to supply power to 86.
the switching wire from the vehicle's high beam circuit goes to 85
The lights switch on and off...
I've putting a light bar on my (new to me) VZ Adventra wagon. I have an on/off switch mounted inside, wires run from the switch to relay terminals 85/86. Power from the battery is run to 30 and the light is connected to 87. All looks good. How do I make it turn on with high beam on this...
