We have one of these at work, which is pretty good (when the solvent has been replaced, the boss has a habit of not replacing the cleaning solvent at it's recommended interval so it just becomes almost useless)

Hi all, Probably another pointless question by yours truly. Would cleaning the plenum chamber improve anything (ie. better idle, better acceleration etc) or is it a waste of time? It's not overly dirty, but it's about as dirty as the photo below (taken from another thread), my throttle body...

Would I need to feel for the magnet or should I be able to see it from inside the camshaft sensor hole? The magnet in that photo is spaced away from the rest of the holes
