the voltage will swing up and down constanly around 500mv is good to try for.
    And how???

set your multi meter to read milli volts or 0-2 volts if it has this range , easy way to find the out wire is to disconnect the O2 sensor start engine and earth the black probe to the engine block or battery neg - . probe the pins in the connector looking for the small voltage output from the O2 sensor .
Thats i want to know if the sensor plugged in, from which point we should measure the voltage???
It is sprintgas omvl r90e from Ezygas.
I just want to know the process to check the output from o2 sensor. Should I check when the sensor is plugged or unplugged?

sensor plugged in back probe the wiring till you find the output wire from memory the white wire is the output .
you had advised to Berlinaben in 2010 and it worked for him. i have the similar issues. but dont know how to check it via meter when engine is running. Also on internet in mentioned that for this i need 10M ohm meter but i have only 2M ohm maximum.

ok so you wish to adjust the mixtures setting not the LPG convertor voltage . the multi meter is reading the voltage output of the O2 sensor , whilst tapped into the O2 sensor output adjust idle mixer screw and watch the voltage reading .
what LPG system do you have installed on your car , if unsure send me a pic of the under bonnet of the vehicle
Hi Strgas please help me to adjust LPG converter voltage between 500-600mV. I want to know procedure how to set this voltage with the help of multimeter. Do i need special wire piercing tool and can i use 2M ohm meter or 10M is required otherwise it will damage the O2 sensor? Thanks for your help. My car stall occasionally when its cold, on corners or hot and going down on hill and air con is on same time.
