Hey buddy how are you? I read you are looking at doing small mods first and can recommend the following:
OTR (Over The Radio) intake $500
pacemaker headers $400
X-plode high flow cat $170
twin 2.5" catback system
Once you do all these you should get a MAfless tune and all of the above will net you good gains. Later on you can think about putting a cam or supercharger on if you want to spend more money.
