Can’t blame the I guess, but it’s paid work what hours would you be looking at to change pump if that’s the case

That was my understanding with the thick and thin oil, when warmed car up before change I had 30ps1 with 5w30 in the motor, since I replaced with 10/50 gauge reads zero, warning lights never came on, so I took car for a drive for about 15mins and gauge only moved to 10psi

Explain to me then why I have zero oil pressure

Recently purchased a bow tie grill for Vy Calais Went to fit and bonnet won’t go down far enough, it appears as though the top chrome strip on the grill needs to be cut off Anyone else has the same problem

I recently fitted an oil pressure gauge and sandwich plate to oil filter, oil pressure reads around 40psi at 100klms/hr Whatsthe recommended oil pressure for LS1 all parts are SAAS

Just installed-sandwich plate on vy LS1 to fit oil pressure sensor, now sump guard doesnt fit should have thought about that prio to install has anyone else had the same problem and over come it was wondering if I could put spacers on sump mounting points

pretty sure these adaptors are only for USA LS1 vehicles, I binned it, absolutely impossible to get it in position, plus if you did the sender wouldn’t fit anyway lesson learnt

Has anyone fitted an SAAS oil pressure Adaptor to an L S 1, I purchased one but struggling to get it fit properly so aftermarket sender is in correct position apparently. You screw in the adaptor and have the outlet for the sender facing the firewall but things aren’t working out as they should...

I purchased some VHT wheel paint from Repco in Chev rally silver, the colour is so close the the vy silver, wry happy with the product and any easy job, wheels look great

Just changed the oil in LS1 and went for a drive to shop’s and check oil light came on over a distance of 1.5k light-never came on prior to oil change, oil level is correct and new filter installed
