Re put harmonic balancer on and now starts but still knocking this has all started from putting new crank angle sensor

Yeah everything is perfect, now when I put harmonic balancer on for the 26th time the car won’t start, not codes either

I’ve taken the belts off knock is still there

I have a vs wagon with a l67 in it was running a little rough and CAS crank angle sensor was coming up so replaced it and put harmonic balance back on but now motor is knocking loud and idea why this would be happening and how to fix it ? Thanks in advance

In the process of purchasing new bottom end bearings but wouldn’t have a clue what size I’m to buy motor is Standard L67 out of a wh statesman If anyone could help would be appreciated thanks in advance

It was aftermarket gas system just need to know how to bridge the wiring so I have power to injectors
