Gents, After working through problem by problem with other issues I'm at the point now that I think my alternator isn't charging. New Battery has under 11.5v no after running for 10 minutes. Assume it's the alternator. Anyone have one locally in Sydney?

Gents, I have had a win. After triple checking everything I found that the reverse polarity diode had a break in it so I bypassed it with no luck, checked voltage out of the relay near the battery and the orange wire was reading 4v and slowly dropping off, replaced relay with no luck but had the...

No luck gents, ECU has been tested and it's fine. Put a new relay in for peace of mind. I'm a little stumped .

I bypassed the reverse polarity diode just down from the relay near the battery. Injectors are fine and will flow with direct power. Injectors wont pulse now and can't get 12v on the multimeter on the I jector plug. Just about giving up now.

Running some wires directly from the 12v battery with short bursts works with the fuel rail out and injectors exposed. Crank it over normaly without direct power and nothing. The strange thing is now I don't have 12v at the injector plugs and noid light not flashing now, strange that I had 12v...

Can confirm injectors won't fire when cranking over but when I hook my 18v battery from my cordless tools and tap the injector I can now confirm the injectors flow great.

No updates just yet gents, still need to pull the rail and check these injectors.

I crimped the return line after the regulator and no go. 99% must be injectors?

I checked resistance as per the second video and all at 3.8 ohms. Not sure what the specs should be

Definitely has fuel at the top end and plenty of it.

I'm wondering if the regulator is part issue? Gave the reg a tap and it now faintly try's to fire up on 1 or 2 cylinders if that.

Apart from the paint all I did was new CAS, coil and serviceable items along with a vs tank conversion. Engine is from the car before paint.
