I just spoke to him and he said when I get my full exhaust system complete (extractors, cats etc) I'll get a more deeper crisper sound. Is he just trying to rip me? Cause at the moment I can only afford a catback system.

Hi, so this morning I noticed a weird gear sound coming from near my fuel flap anytime I locked or unlocked my car. Only coming from near the fuel flap area. Would that be the central locking on the fuel flap giving up? And if so, do I get it replaced or repaired?
