Maybe try an auction site like e-bay starting at your minimum price to check for interest. Wiping metal and painted parts with WD-40 is an old trick to tart things up a bit. Polish the shock rod with fine Scotch Brite, if there's rust pitting on the rod it's there for good.

Not too sure about these underdrive pulleys, some people say they affect alternator voltage and air con performance. Don't know what the general opinion is.

I don't know if that new battery has been damaged by draining it to low. Iff it needs jump-starting all the time the battery is toast. When you are able to start the engine on battery alone then at least you can begin the diagnosis process.
