I remember the crap you could buy to make your Holden ‘different’ to everyone else’s back then.
The sunvisor was a must.
Rear wheel covers (spats) not very popular in the bush as they filled with mud.
Passenger seat hand rail ……….. just the thing to rearrange little kiddies teeth during a panic stop.
And a few years later when they were the boys-own hot car, the weather shield was chucked, as it was too hard to hang your arm over the sill, and get you head out to say “G’day, wanna drag ?”
What I miss from the HK > HJ era was the endless list of good gear factory options over a base model........ interior, engines, transmissions, disc brakes, wheels ..... etc
