Fairly sure the crow stage 3 cam is 227°/220° @ .050" 113lsa .486/.486 lift (only) Listed as 2500-5500 rpm.

I've got the Crow stage 3 in my engine + flat top pistons. Might be an old skool grind, but it's actually a really good cam. I'm getting 275rwhp and it makes power across a very wide range and peaks at around 5800-5900 rpm. Has a really strong mid range
