304 355 running stock 304 intake manifold

hi people i have a new built 355 running stock 304 intake manifold is it possible to get the stock manifold bored out to keep the stock look or not?

you can buy a Starr/JHP manifold which basically is the standard manifold with the neck cut off and a larger neck welded in it's place + a 90mm throttle body

As said above, the ones that are the standard but modified manifolds usually choke a good motor.

Come Twin throttle manifold in my opinion is the best

And then it's still.......well lets just say it has distribution problems with cylinders running rich to lean from front to the back of the engine.

if you are really keen on keeping the standard look manifold, you will still see some significant gains over the unmodified manifold. And I might add it does maintain a stronger low to mid range than most aftermarket manifolds. However you are unlikely to maximise the potential of your combo compared to some other offerings on the market.

look into a dual or single plane..depending build specs with a 1000cfm t/body....that bitch is going to want to breath, so don't choke it!!

They do make a sp manifold thats also not as good as others lol

It won't be the stock injected 304" look, but WILL be very similar to stock 308 look, LOL
