Alternator crapout

Driving home from work today, when first I lost a/c fan, then radio shut off. Got ABS and TRAC OFF lights on the dash, followed by airbag warning light, and then a flickery battery warning light. Put the multimeter on the batt whil running and got 9v... Then everything went clunk and all systems started working again, and I got 13.4v at the batt. But it's flakey.

All this makes me feel my alternator is kaput. Can anyone else confirm this?

Sounds more like regulator then anything.
