I couldn't give you a recipe but my boy makes it with fresh veges, red onions, capsicum, garlic etc. Sauces is a bit of a lottery, what I like you might not, it's a trial and error thing if you use store bought jars. Mince, beef stock cubes, salt and pepper etc.

Mince beef, onions or leak, lots of tomato paste, x1 crushed tin tomatoes, fresh oregano and parsley, a decent amount of salt and a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Garlic if your body can handle it (mine can't).

Mine is simple

Bacon, capiscum, onion, mixed herbs and spices in the mince..

Sauce...Dolmio 4 cheeses sauce.......Sometimes I'll use bolognese sauce...Depens what I grab when I go shopping

Yes bacon, old smoky or streaky bacon (but then bacon makes everything better)
