Baby seat bolt thread?. In Parcel shelf

What type/style thread does the parcel shelf use for the baby seat bolt? The bolt from my vq doesn't fit, nor does anything else I got in the shed. I'm now scratching my head lost.

Reckon it might be the same across the board Brisbarnz ANZS and all. Just measured one that fit our VH wagon (just tried it), VS sedan (gone but same bolt), VX sedan (under wraps but same bolt), VY wagon (just tried it) and frontera (just tried it). Only have metric calipers and no thread gauge at home so :/ but it looks like its a 7.8mm - 5/16" bolt with an approx. 1.3mm - 3/64"? pitch (average looking pitch). PS a 13mm spanner was the best fit, go figure.

Your 100% correct. Turns out it's been the same unique thread since 1976/77. I maned up an made it fit, it was a dribble of rust converter stoping the bolt from starting cleanly. Cheers for your help mate
