Bad idle 5.0

Holden VR SS 94 220,000 clicks, For sometime know specialy sitting at traffic lights I get a fluffy idle, I have changed my spark plugs (gapped correctly) changed the leads, added injector cleaner, Whats steps should I take next ?????

give ya throttle boddy a good clean out ( take it off and clen it out ) i have a 91 VN "S" that did that turned out to be the coil pack
