Could not find a sutible place than here to post this I did this today and though I`d share.
Its a pain when you have a large doco or book to read on PDF and you have to do it in parts, and then only to find that you can`t bookmark especially if its 2000 pages lol.
this is a free javascript bookmark plugin upgrade
step 1 download it..

step 2 find out what version you have and operating system you have.
Adobe Reader 9 – copy pdf_bookmark.js to:
To use it open your desired PDF file and click tools, and at the bottom there it is, you can only bookmark one page at a time but its great if your only reading itend to end, its self explainatory on how to use so I`ll leave it at that. any questions just post here.
