EXCELLENT!!! That's really good to hear. No more polishing or waxing required, EVER! :D I have the same on mine (2 coats). It really is a great product and TRUE permanent paint protection.

Thats what they say...

Looks good, will be interesting to see how it goes.

They must be doing something right, they get some amazing cars to do over at Caloundra.

We did the wheels too, not a smidgen of dirt on them this morning....

You going to be maintaining it yourself? Or taking it back to them?

Depends what you mean by maintaining it?
It needs to go back to them once a year to keep the warranty valid, at which time they do a detail etc costs $59 i think it was.

Besides that, I have a bit more gear comming from them, I already bought a foam lance to use with my pressure cleaner.. and lots of good cloths etc.

Getting some grit gaurds sent over as there good to use in your buckets.

Had to cut up one of the wives colanders from the kitchen to use in the meantime.

Cool...

I recommend just one bucket, no grit guards and multiple cloths. Wash a section with a cloth, discard it not to be re-used. Obviously I don't mean throw it out, just put it in the used pile ready for washing. Repeat with next cloth etc etc. Better than two bucket method as it can still create grit on your wash cloth.

Thats an interesting way of doing it.

Do you use the foam lance then pressure clean first?

Just a couple of pics showing the effect of the paint protection has on the Foam pre wash.

Foam usually sticks to the sides ...

Good water beading after hosing off the foam....

Love the color - I have a Calais V Sedan coming in the same color next week. Wife loved the black, I was OK on it, but when I saw the Regal Peacock it was a done deal :)
