rust talk aside, it ain't worth modifying. Parts alone to do anything you'll notice behind the wheel would cost more than the value of the vehicle. But if you want to spend the cash and it makes you happy just do it.

If value was only viewed from a financial sense , none of us would be car people ( would not modify vehicles ( is absolutely dead money )) ,would be like at least 60% of car owners and just drive it, spend least amount on it , wear it out , sell it , move on / buy new one.
If you're on here chances are owning your vehicle means more than that and you get more meaningful connection with owning /using , it doesn't make a great deal of financial sense, but you have to enjoy your life ,using said vehicle gives some of those kicks , next person might go your nuts but if we were all the same probably wouldn't even be using a horse and cart yet.

Keep it standard, go for the record. 380,000kms is a very respectable amount. Who knows you might get 760,000kms! New WORLD Record. That would be worth achieving.
