Dose anyone know what the two plastic plug things are called. One on the back of intake manifold that gos to the heater (?) And the one on the front that has a hose coming of it that seems to go the the water pump. Iv broken both of them changing the gasket/ cleaning the manifold.

can't upload em pics to big and can't seem to make em smaller. To the best of my knowledge me heater tap is more or less of the drivers frame rail region

Those fittings are notorious for breaking. You can/should replace them with brass fittings. You may need to fashion a wire hook to pull bits out of the manifold. The front one is the by-pass fitting. I believe it allows a small amount of coolant to by-pass the thermostat while the engine is cold and the thermostat is closed. As you said the rear one is for the heater connection.

But what are those fitting called. Tryed googling heater hose fitting and all I got was the heater hose and heater tap. I know I'm surta dump when it comes to this sh!t
