Have a 1/2" Dr. pneumatic ratchet, wouldn't bother with 1/4" or 3/8" battery ratchets.

I work on cars all day long and 3/8 does the majority of the work, bigger suspension bits the 1/2 stuff is good for undoing but the 3/8 will never over tighten anything so torquing up to correct spec afterwards is a breeze

Most of my career working on gas turbines was with 1/4" drive stuff using thin walled 12-point sockets.

I have ozito 18 volt 1/2" drive 200nm impact drive. Milwalkee 12 volt 3/8" right angle drive with a 1/2" adapter 300nm.
Also milwalkee 12 volt heated jacket for those cold days & nights. :)
What are the jackets like? I've been thinking about getting one to work out in the workshop on cold days, have plenty of M12 batteries.
Have a DeWalt impact wrench and 1/2" drive M12 stubby and right-angled impact wrenches for when the 18v wont fit.

Ok, l think. I'm wearing it now, It's cold. I'm to tight to heat the house, there's only me. So a lot cheaper to just keep me warm.
The setting is 1 out of 3.

Thanks, I'll put one on my list!

I spent a fair bit on industrial stuff so 1/2 is my standard go to but with power tools that is simply asking for trouble so I use a lot of 1/4" stuff now.

I run a M12 3/8" Milwaukee ratchet that has a 1/4" adaptor fitting to it most times.

Can recommend one too.
Jacket is good on its own, heating is a bonus. Level 1 is just a nice all day setting. But id generally have it on over a jumper anyway.
If you can get the 3ah batteries it's best. The 4 and bigger is a bit bulky for the pocket.

I just find the 1/2 more useful for the tooling (sockets and extension) I've got.
Guess that's a major consideration for people, how it aligns with what they have.
Still prefer to do 1/4 stuff by hand although probably still overtorque them anyway.

I was annoyed by the 3/8 on the Ryobi, I understand why, but my sets are 1/4 & 1/2 I have bugger all 3/8, only some random stuff.
So adapters always so I can use it. Other than that annoyance, its been handy.
