There are OEM parts on the internet but parts made by Holden are unlikely, I'm unsure about Nissan though...

What OEM parts?
And what do you mean by OEM when the engine was made by Nissan?

Many turbos uses components that many shop dealing with turbo refurbishment should be able to source (if they don’t have them on their shelves).

Stuff like rocker covers, turbo manifolds and such engine specific items, I’d expect would be more difficult to find new these days. That’s especially the case if Holden had such parts made by Nissan with Holden cast onto them (such was the case with the rocker cover but don’t know for other parts).

However, the Nissan engine live a long time and later variants may still have stuff available which could fit the older variants. Unfortunately such parts may have Nissan cast on them rather than Holden, which can upset some purists.

All depends on how OCD you want to be as to what could fit… so you need to be a bit more specific what you are after and then jc members may be able to provide specific help.

Well not necessarily OEM parts, just new parts for these engines... A quick Google search might give you an idea...

Sorry for laughing, but finding cheap OEM turbo parts will not be cheap

You may be lucky, you may not

Gumtree, ebay, wreckers, some specialist workshops whould be where I would look

You could also put up a "wanted to buy" add here and elsewhere

Good luck with your search

You may need to also get some machine work and/or modifications done for oil lines

I replaced my RB25 GTS-t engine with a RB30 bottom end and a RB25 head, as if I remember correctly we needed a certain block for it to work

Research alot because you are not the first person to do it

Have a look on "Skylines Australia", it is a common mod to use a RB30 bottom end with RB25's

https://www.sau.com.au/forums/forum/8-forced-induction-performance/

Above gets you to a RB30 conversion thread
