Can anyone advise what the difference is between a $1100.00 set of injectors and a $99.00 set. Both seem to have the same performance criteria. Any advise will be good.

prob the quality between them, a quality matched set will see each cylinder get within 1-2% accuracy and should come with data to setup in the ecu to run them correctly, a cheap set could flow anywhere prob 5-10% between them or maby more if they are a cheap Chinese set, the more hp u run the more accurate fueling has to be

$99 set is almost guaranteed to be fake unless they're second hand (even then be careful). Some of it will also depend on if they're top feed or side feed, high or low impedance, branding and quality, and also supplier markup. Think about it though, 6-8 injectors for $99, that's $12.50-$17 per injector and they're still making money on it.

This site is one of the cheapest places to pick up genuine Bosch stuff (myself and others I know have spent a decent amount with this place), so this injector is probably one of the cheapest (standardish) genuine Bosch injectors you'll find to give you an idea: Bosch 440cc Fuel Injector "LS1 , BA Falcon Upgrade" (efisolutions.com.au)

make sure what injectors u get that they are the same flow rate as the ones u are replacing unless ur getting it tuned also as the ecu has to know the injector size to do correct fueling
