The green fleet runner are better for blowers but I find they are more suseptible to contamination after which they squeal. No amount of cleaning cures this. I have always had to buy them from the states.

front blower is 80mm do have 75mm as well, i have 10% OD on the crank now and i also reconfigured the belt/tensioner so i get prob 80-90% wrap on the crank, using the harrop supplied wrap pulley that bolts to the water pump passenger side, im just painting up what i have done with the pulleys/tensioner/brackets ill have some pics up on my build when its getting together

Which pulley is causing the issue, I assume the 80mm pulley

So far my 6pk2250 belt seems to be wearing fine with a 85mm, although I've only done about 10k km on it

I do have a spare belt in the boot though, just in case

1993 instead of 1995. Should be fine.

Closest thing I’m going to get to a blower is not suitable for this time slot.

I run the 75mm pulley with 8pk kit including re-wrap pulley, also up-rated tensioner. Never broken a belt, they just start to squeal annoyingly.
