That's a decent sized shed you've got planned.
Is the eave height enough for a hoist ?
If i go for a baseplate style hoist i'll be able to fit one in, they come up around the 2.8m height mark, whereas overheads are about the 3.5m range. I'd rather go a baseplate one so i can fit the height over to the side so that i dont lose an entire bay to the hoist.
How long has your permit been in? Put ours in yesterday for 8x8 x2.5. Hoping to have something up by mid year. Should be plenty high for a hoist I'd say too. Lucky bugger.
Submission got started mid January, but then it got knocked back due to requirement for permission to build over the easement, Australia Day got in the way of waiting for a few different pieces of information required to send away for that.
I got a positive response from the water company, but now im waiting for the council to tell me the same thing hopefully. They can take anywhere up to 3 week to process. Then i need to re-submit the building permit.
