Kmac adjustable strut tops help

Hey all, Im unsure how to arrange the location plates on the kmac strut tops. I've tried to evenly match them so both are symmetrical but it won't work. Had anyone fitted a set?

I thought they were marked,'arrow L(left) & arrow R but its been a while since i've seen a set.

Each plate has "A" "B" "C" "D" with L and R on either side of those letters, unsure what they mean.

I installed them a few months ago, easy job except for gland nuts on strut inserts & lower ball joints - have a look at a few pics & the description here :-
VP-S K-Mac Adjustable Strut Tops Installed + front KYB strut inserts basically set them to street specs, which is "Max Positive Castor".

Then drive straight to a good independent wheel alignment specialist to have them set properly, if you go to the right place they will do it very fast due to a good understanding of what they are doing. The PDF instruction sheet alluded to by NAAF is standard issue with all the kits, so should you have received one with the kit you purchased - if not, well you have it now :)

hope they got their $@#^ together, for how much they cost and the stories I've heard..... personally have had 1 strut top let go and required a lot of prying to get the car driveable again (still destroyed the tyre but there was no other choice and that was cheaper than a tow truck).... and have had another devulcanise while working on a front end and wear the strut in my shoulder..... this is 1 strut top i would never recommend

Thanks NAAF, I did already have that document, its very basic and was wondering if there was anymore to it.

DJ, your pics have been the most helpful so far. I was looking at those location plates with the markings and it looks like there is no correct way in where the markings align. Yours are not symmetrical so ill just drop mine in like yours.

Jxw, I got these second hand so I didn't get any instructions. Wow your experience with them sounds awful. I just hope I don't have the same issues because I've never heard bad things about them.

All good mate, the Kmac's are top gear for sure - just do it roughly as stated, & when you get to the alignment place they will do it preciously. Those pics were taken before the alignment obviously, so eitherways after the professional alignment, the comfort in knowing that any type of changes can be completed at any given time is a good investment. BTW the combination of front end work with KYB short stop strut inserts, SL Kings & Kmac's is FTW. Rears - SL Kings, KYB short shocks & Superpro standard poly spacers & don't forget the Penrite Moly (NLGI 2 Lithium 3% Molybdenum disulphide) grease = all up, great ride excellent handling :)

Thanks DJ, ive got super lows for the front with ultras in the rear with bilstein shocks all round, adjustable sway bars and superpro everywhere.
