I don’t want to pull the tyres off the rims currently on it, less chance of damage and makes an easy change if I want to switch again.

Well, got the wheels back today. Only have a pic from the shop not outside in the sun yet (I haven’t even seen them in daylight yet) but I am very happy with how they turned out.
